CREATIVE SPACE GOULBURN

For Creative Space, I spearheaded the launch of their Instagram account from scratch, transforming it into a vibrant, engaging platform that not only showcased the business but also built a loyal community of followers. From the very beginning, the focus was on creating content that felt authentic, approachable, and aligned with the owner’s vision.

A key part of this project was making the owner comfortable in front of the camera. I guided her through interviews, filmed and edited short-form videos, and coached her on how to share her story in a way that resonated with her ideal clients. By highlighting her expertise, personality, and unique perspective, we were able to craft content that felt human, relatable, and inspiring—allowing followers to connect with the brand on a personal level.

The results were remarkable. Within months, we had built a growing, engaged following entirely from scratch. Each post, story, and video was strategically designed to encourage engagement, foster conversation, and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients. By focusing on storytelling, community connection, and approachable content, we positioned Creative Space as more than a business—it became a hub where clients felt seen, heard, and understood.

This project highlights my ability to build a brand’s voice and presence from zero, transform apprehensive clients into confident content creators, and grow meaningful communities that support both engagement and business goals. Through strategy, creativity, and guidance, Creative Space’s Instagram became a platform that not only attracted followers but also cultivated trust, loyalty, and long-term client relationships.
